Andrew Kiguel is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur. Andrew has co-founded and provided leadership to several technology companies including Hut 8 Mining. Prior to 2018, Andrew spent over 20 years as an investment banker. He currently acts as the CEO and Chairman of Realbotix Corp.
With 23 years of entrepreneurial experience, Matt has been at the forefront of creating and developing silicone based humanoid dolls and robots. Matt’s approach is artistically driven, infusing creativity into cutting-edge technology. As the founder of Simulacra, Matt is a thought leader in the area of relationship-based AI and its applications with humanoid robots.
Eric has extensive experience in both software project management and IT systems operations at an executive level. He is co-founder and Lead Software Engineer of Halgo Integrated Trading Systems (HITS) where he has led the development and deployment of automated trading systems that have done over half a billion dollars of nominal trading volume since HITS’ inception in 2018. Prior to his time with HITS & Realbotix, Eric had a high level role as a business consultant with particular experience managing large projects, establishing strong client relations and working alongside government and industry through public engagement projects.
Scott Meyers has 22 years of experience in finance and accounting for large multinational firms and Canadian small and mid-caps. He has overseen $700M P&L’s, managed profitability through tight downturns, and produced growth in stagnant, boring businesses. Scott has also publicly reported for both Canadian and International companies. He brings experience from a large set of industries and geographies.
Jennifer has a strong background in financial services, having worked at top Canadian banks such as TD and the Bank of Montreal. She is now pursuing her passion in AI, robotics, and cryptocurrency. Jennifer specializes in translating complex technical information into accessible language. She collaborates across organizations and with external stakeholders to enhance market engagement and deliver value to clients.
Eric Olsen is Chief Operating Officer of Realbotix LLC, where he leads U.S. operations with responsibility for operational execution, manufacturing readiness, customer deployment, and commercial scale-up as the Company expands demand for its humanoid embodied AI robots and AI platforms.
Prior to joining Realbotix, Eric served as Director of Customer Success at Agility Robotics, leading humanoid robot deployments into live industrial and commercial environments and supporting the operational systems required for sustained growth. He previously held leadership roles at Toyota Tsusho America, and DoD organizations supporting industrial scaling, automation and intelligent systems.
His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined execution, safety-first integrations, and building the operational foundations required to scale intelligent, embodied AI humanoid robotic systems responsibly.
Eric also served in the US Navy, retiring as a Master Chief, where over his career he received extensive technical training on advanced autonomous and semi-autonomous systems and assets. There he led complex Joint and NATO partner operations and technologies. He is educated and trained through Westminster & U.S. Naval War College.
